A Little Bit About Us...

We are a welcoming, friendly and professional dance academy based  in our own studios in Coalville, Leicestershire.

Our faculty of fully qualified teachers bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in their specialist subjects the performing arts industry, specialising in providing high quality dance training to children aged 3 upto adults, who wish to progress onto a career in dance and musical theatre, but also to pupils who attend for fun & fitness too!

All teaching staff are First Aid Trained, DBS checked and safeguarding trained, and we strive to create a warm, inclusive environment in which children and adults alike can thrive to achieve their full potential.

We are extremely passionate about what we do, and whether you are taking the first step of your dance education, or you’re an experienced performer, here at TDA we offer classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Acrobatics, National, Contemporary, Street Dance, Commercial, Adult Tap & Ballet, and S.E.N.D Inclusive Dance & Movement classes. All pupils have the opportunity to gain formal qualifications accredited by our affiliated examination boards - ISTD, ABD & LCM - ensuring technique and performance skills are instilled into all aspects of their dance training.

We pride ourselves on providing many performance opportunities throughout the year, and all pupils at the academy have the pleasure of performing in our annual showcase, taking part in local live performances, and attending competitions and festivals.
